HOW TO USE THE ROOMS
The tools are created with ChatGPT. You do need to sign in to at least the free Chatgpt plan. PADL works the same way on both the free and paid ($20/month) ChatGPT plans. The main difference is how long you can stay in the conversation at one time. With the free plan, you may need to pause between steps if you reach a daily message limit. With the paid plan, you can work through longer, uninterrupted sessions.  
 

  TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

✓ Enter your PADL secret password when prompted 

✓ Follow the natural flow:   Spark → Intention → Pre-Painting → Planning → Painting → Reflection 

✓ Keep your painting card nearby. You'll reference your intention often 

✓ Take your time. These rooms are designed to slow you down in a good way 

✓ Revisit rooms as needed. You can use any room as many times as you want
